They are the only one in the town that does that service. Their hours are really not convenient so I had to try to get up on a Saturday morning and drive there because otherwise it is too far to go on a work day. They close everyday at 5:00 clock and on Saturday they close at 12:00 so that was the bad thing about them. When I dropped off my video he gave me a date to pick it and I had to wait till the next weekend to pick it up. They were able to duplicate it and that's what I wanted. They are not going to be open in the night or even most of the day on the weekend day. Other than that they have friendly service and they have the equipment to do what they advertise there as far as duplication.
