This was a great experience from start to finish.  First we went in to look at flooring options and ended up being assisted by the general manager (Charles) while other sales people were tied up.  Though it wasn't his job, he patiently listened our needs and made great recommendations.  He then worked to get us a great bulk price since we were replacing our whole house for the most part.  The installation was scheduled promptly and completed earlier than anticipated.  The installation crew (Tip and Dakota)  was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home.  We could not be happier with the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone based on this experience.

They did a horrible job. They did not level the floor and they put plywood on top of concrete with no sealer. The grout lines are seriously uneven and the grout is missing in many areas down to the plywood. They never rolled it with a roller nor did they have one. Some of the tiles are popping up and they did not finish it on time. The manufacture will not warranty the tile since it is not properly installed. They settled out of court after I hired an attorney. Their treatment of me was horrid and I would never use them again!
