ChemDry By the Daniels

They are excellent and they did a great job. In the process, they did moved our furnitures while cleaning our carpet.

I called ChemDry because I had used ChemDry previously in a different state and was pleased with the outcome. Our carpet is 9 years old so I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I was expecting a better outcome to include a faster drying carpet and most of the stains gone. The young man showed up in the designated time frame and got busy with spray in hand, a rake, and what looked like a floor buffer. He used the spray and the rake, not sure where he used the buffer (it may have been used for stain removal), and at no point in time did he use a vacuum suction to pull the moisture out of the carpet. My carpet was wet and drenched in some areas, not just damp. I decreased the temp in my home to help remove moisture, and it still took almost 2 days to dry. I called and was told the machine used did, in fact, absorb wetness and the humidity outside caused my floor to dry slowly. I explained how wet my floors were and she blamed humidity, not offering to resolve the problem. Once the carpet dried, I could tell it was cleaner than before, but not at all as clean as was expected when compared to my previous experience with ChemDry.
