I called Brooke's heating and air explain the situation to them and that she was going to be gone on vacation. They sent a crew out to make the necessary repairs (remove and replaced ) so the heater would be working when she came home and there will be no problems with her pipes in the house while she gone. This is not the end of the story, a few days ago her air-conditioner went out again I call Brooke's heating and air again he said he would have a crew out the next day. The crew showed up on time the next day made the necessary repairs on the air conditioner . The workers were very courteous ,polite and knowledgeable explained everything to her that they did. It's good to see a company is still running there business on integrity and customer satisfaction.I would recommend Brooks Heating and Air to anyone who needs help with HVAC for someone they care for or for them self.
