DEVASTATING! Ifor got to include in my previous post that even though their ads state FREE DIAGNOSIS, My FREE DIAGNOSIS was for $127.50 ,even though i know my truck sat in the same spot in their lot for 3 days!CHAD told me that he had to perform a VACUUM CHECK on my transmission,YEA RIGHT i'ts totaly 100% ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED!!

I had called them on MONDAY morning ,told them that the reverse had gone out in my truck,that a friend of mine that is in the car business (i've owned my car business for over 20yrs.) had recommended them to me. CHAD POSEY (owner?) told me over the phone what part had failed inside of my transmission! I asked him what would he charge to completly REBUILD it?He said it would be between $1200.00-$1400.00 dollars,and that would included them towing it to his shop.I asked him about how long would take to REBUILD it ? He replied back that if he picked it up today that it would be ready WED.I'M thinking great service. so authorized him to do it.Tow truck driver came an picked it up,i asked him what did they normally charge CAR DEALERS for towing,he said $45.00 for locally tows,he said that transmission shop owned the tow service to.I rode by their shop TUES&WED. my truck was still sitting at the FAR END of their lot where the tow truck had dropped it off! WED. evening around 5:20 a guy named JD called me an said that my truck was READY,mind you i had just rode by the shop around 2:00 an it was still sitting in the same spot for 3 days! said the bill was for $1400.00 Iasked him had they installed a seal that i had provided,he said that he would check on it BUT the owner had told him that it was ready so he was sure that it was ,said he would call me right back. JD called back then told me that they had to order a part for my transmission,iasked him SO YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT MY TRANSMISSION IS OUT OF MY TRUCK he replied back YES SIR IT IS ,i asked him the same question AGAIN, he again said yes sir it is I went to the shop the next day THURS.morning at 8:15 parked behind my truck got out looked under it MY TRANSMISSION WAS STILL IN IT!! I got back in my car an drove up to the office,where to guys was standing by the shop door talking. i got out of my car an asked them what was going on with my truck? One guy (found out he was the owner) became all nasty an offensive! WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHATS ,GOING ON WITH YOUR TRUCK! I told him that JD had called me wed night ,saying it was ready then calling me back saying they had to order a part .long story short i told them NOT TO TOUCH IT THAT WOULD HAVE IT TOWED OUT! they charged me $197.70 &said i had to PAY IN CASH!! i had to call the POLICE twice to the shop to finally get my truck out Filed a complaint with the BBB & posted a review. This business is a total RIPOFF!! Other people have replied to some of my other posts about things that happened to them at this shop! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

After a estimate, I dropped the 1994 Chevy truck off. They said it would take two days. Two days later I received a call that the truck was ready. It was ready on time for a price lower than or equal to several other shops. After a year the transmission is still operating great.

My cousin recommended them to me because they worked on her car and she was pleased. I had everything checked out for a road trip. Chad, the manager, was very helpful, answered all my questions and I wasn't charged a fee for the inspection like most companies do. I'm glad I've found a company that I can trust to repair only what needs to be done.
