I have had trouble with other companies so I just thought this might be another disappointment, but this has been a pleasant surprise.  When I called for service for my AC, Leslie put me in the computer right away.  The last fellow told me that he might forget me and then when I called close to him coming he choice not to answer the phone...not the first company that I had difficulty with.  Bi City made an appointment for today between 1-4 p.m. and Steve was here soon after 1.p.m.  Very pleasant and did a professional job checking the AC.  I informed him that I would take out their contract for the AC and Heater Service for $150.  I am happy to have been treated with such respect.

Our old unit went out over the weekend. Paul came by and worked hard to fix old unit. When it was not repairable, he left a portable A/C unit for us. Thank you so much! Monday Rod came by and gave us a sweet deal. We went from a old R22 2.5 ton unit to a 3 ton puron unit. The treated us like family! I see why they have gotten top ratings.
Thank you, Bi City

Bi-City Service Company Inc. did a good job. The guy came in and had the problem knocked out in just an hour. They're amazing. I'd tell people not to think twice about it, just call them. I'll be calling them again, when I need them.

I use them all the time and I really like them. I have been using them for years. What I really like is that when I call, they will have someone come out quickly to provide service. My only complaint is their price, I am not sure if they offer the best pricing. I continue to use them because I trust them.

What I like about that company is that they are very prompt and professional. I also run a business in this town and they done work for my business as well; I have never had any problems with this company whatsoever. I recommend them to everybody. Bi City is extremely knowledgeable about what you need done; they don't try to get you to pay for anything but what you need. There is not anything negative to say about them at all and I will use them again in the future. They also do commercial and residential large appliance repair.

I bought my own heating and air units myself. I did all the research myself and put them in. They are different heating and air units. I had to go over there a couple of times because they kept telling me they would come back. There was an issue with the heating and air; it was nothing they did but it wasn't running the way it was supposed to. I went over there personally and they said they would send somebody the next day. That was back in June. I figured out the issue and corrected the problem myself. I probably saved myself a few hundred dollars. I have used them in the past when I had a butcher shop and I never 100 percent enjoyed their service because it always seemed like they would patch it just to keep coming over. I wouldn't knock them. They were the only ones that I could get to come over and do this job that needed to be done. Other contractors said they couldn't come over because I didn't buy the units from them and it was a hot summer. The price was a little high for what I needed done. A good contractor is harder to find than a good doctor so I will use them again because they are probably the only ones that I will be able to get over here.
Response from Bi-City Heating & Cooling
"Quoted customer $987.00 for work performed. Most Companies will not install customer supplied equipment because of warranty issues by it not being purchased by a dealer. We actually performed this work as a favor to him. He stated he thought the price was a little high but told us to proceed. When we finished after 10 hours plus materials, he stated he did not realize we had to perform all the work we did to complete the job. He never informed us of any dissatisfaction with our work. Also we were under no obligation of warranty with his equipment because he purchased it his self and not from us. (This is why most Dealers will not install Customer supplied Equipment). The Equipment we installed for this Customer was Mini Split Systems that we were told that he purchased from the Internet. It was also mutiple Systems. I do not know the details of his experience in June with his needed repair other tah after reading this report I was informed we could not aquire a repair manual for his equipment, but at this point we were under no obligation to repair the equipment only our installation. If we told him we would show up and did not I apologize. I am the owner and I did not know about this. As a owner I can only fix a problem when I know about it. As far as the Butcher Shop: That was used Equipment installed in 1996. We worked on the equipment 6 times in 1997. 2 times we did not charge anything. Customer paid a total of $1,341.31 for 4 Repairs on used Equipment. One of the Repair Calls were due to Roofers relocating one of the outdoor units and busting the Freon Lines and blowing all of the freon out of the System. This repair cost $589.16 of the total $1,341.31 leaving $752.17 for 3 other repairs performed on used Commercial Refrigeration Equipment (Walk In Coolers, etc.) Since buying used equipment is like buying a used car I do not think these repair costs were unreasonable. The other repairs were to replace burned up motors and freon leaks. You have to expect repairs with used equipment. Used Equipment does not have warranties as does new and no one can tell you what will go wrong with or break down or when on used equipment."
