Hi! I'm a local running guide that has been running in competitions over ten years in the Atlanta Metro Area. I currently live in Columbus, GA and am stationed at Fort Benning. I know how nerve racking the decision to start running can be and I noticed the lack of one-on-one support in the area. I'll run with you in your neighborhood and make sure you get back home safe! I am a combat trauma specialist and ultra-athlete that can advise you on how to meet your running goals. I'll stick with you through the distance and congratulate you at the end.
