Arrow comes like clockwork to do the quarterly check.  If something comes up in between the scheduled visits, they will send someone out, no additional charge. I have not needed to do that, however.

We have been using Arrow for a year now, and they have always done a great job. They always show up when they promise. I have no complaints at all about them. I will definitely use them years to come!

Mr. Norman was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the products he uses. He totally put me at ease with assuring me that the products are safe for pets. I look forward to seeing him again! I have also been assured that if I notice any bugs, I can call and he will return before the next scheduled quarterly visit. So far, I'm very satisfied.

Our basic service costs $30 for each treatment and we also pay about $45 every three months for the mosquito control treatment. They have great customer service and they have done what they needed to do.

The service was fine, The tech was also very pleasant. We have found another service provider for our pest control that better meets our needs and for a lower monthly rate.

They arrived as scheduled provided me with various options and implemented them without a fuss.  My house is rented and I am out of state and that was not a problem

Arrow is unbeatable!  How many people would remember to schedule their termite inspection?  They called me and left a message so I could schedule a day convenient for me. The service professional showed up on time and was in and out in about an hour.  This is  the second time they have done something really nice.
A couple months ago, I had my front yard completely redone and it displaced most of the Sentricon stations out front.  After calling Arrow to ask if they would come out  and replace them, they did.  They even asked where I wanted them so not to mess up the new landscaping.  Then they went ahead and check all of them around the house to to ensure I was protected.  Oh- and no charge!  Nor do I get phonecalls or email sales pitches asking if I want something more.  
A great company to have. fantastic customer service and always on time and professional!

They were pleasant, answered all my questions and were on time. When the issue arised, the day we called, on the same day they actually came and answered all my questions. The additional work that has to be done, he finished it on the day he said he’d finish it. They were busy but was able to do the work at an acceptable time frame. We compared them to other two major pest control company and this one offered a better quality and price.

They were prompt and professional. We had Sentricon on last home in a different state; Arrow's price was significantly lower.

I like the fact that whatever they are using in my house doesn't affect my animals and it seems to keep the pests away. I haven't seen any pests, she always calls earlier in the week to let me know what day she is coming, and she is always on time. I don't have anything to complain about. The price is competitive and worth it.

Called them last year to get rid of a wasp nest under my deck. They showed up the next day,  they gave a fair price and did exactly what they said they would do and when.  and the price was the same as quoted.
I asked if they did mosquito repellant spray and they said yes, for 10 months out of the year.  cost is $25 a spray.  did not get every single mosquito but overall, huge decline in mosquitos at my house

Horrible... Still had bugs after the first visit so we called them back, they sprayed again and still didnt help.. We still have bugs. I am cancelling the service today. I will not waste another $85
