The surgery went great. My only complaint is a small one. After surgery, instead of the doctor coming out to talk to me, they sent a young tech. After spending that much money, I expected to speak to the doctor.

Took my daschsund in for a level lll teeth cleaning. During the procedure a couple of teeth had to be extracted which I knew was a possibility and not unexpected. At the time of picking up my dog I was told to bring him back in two weeks to have him checked to make sure he was healing fine. When called to make appointment to have recheck I was advised there would be a 24.00 charge for the recheck. This I could not believe after having spent nearly 540.00 for the cleaning and extractions. I called around to other vets to see if they charge for a recheck, the two I called said no it was part of the procedure. I called back and told the receptionist that at this point I would be changing vets. She did not seem to be phased by this one bit. I have five animals that go to this vet and told them to fax all there records to another vet that I was gonna take him my dog there for his recheck.She didn't seem to care. This vet has lost my business over 24.00.

Very well. This vet clinic has knowledgable staff and are very accessible most any time you need to come in. My puppy had some tummy and ear issues on top of needing her shots every 3 weeks and they were always very helpful and loving toward her. I would recommend them for your veterinary care.

Animal General Hospital is a walk-in clinic. I was sent right back to an exam room...no wait at all. I really expected at least some of a wait. They were very nice and thorough. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I will definitely go back for any other needs for my dog.

Dr. Andrew Morrow the veterinarian I use. I spent about $170 when I last went there. I have always been happy with Dr. Morrow. I have not had any problems with him. He has been there for about 4-5 years. I am not thrilled with the new veterinarian that he has hired, thorough. Over all I am pleased with Dr. Morrow and his services. He has a walk-in facility. I will continue this company in the future.

They have a very good staff and a very good facility. They are convenient. They don't do appointments and we just walk-in. They usually see us within 15 minutes. The people are good to work with. They are very competent and very capable. They are pretty fair, upfront and honest.

The facility is a first come first serve service. I have never had to wait very long, however. They are professional and so friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was moving from Texas to Georgia when I realized something was wrong with my dog. So on my first day in Columbus I had to find a good vet. I was referred to Animal General Hospita and was relieved to find such a great Veterinary. Dr. Morrow was right on with the initial diagnosis. He presented the options for further diagnosis and care along with the costs and gave me his recommendation. At no time did he try to rack up the bill with unnecessary procedures or heoric measures. The entire staff was professional and treated me and my pet with care and consideration. I highly recommend Dr. Morrow.
