It went great! Very nice employees and they are able to save me money on things I didn't need.

I had a problem because I was losing power in my garage and other portions of my house. My security system was not working. They came out and I talked about getting some upgrades. I wanted to know what was causing problems and they did not get back to me for about a week. They said they would send an electrician out but nobody has come out yet.

These guys were on time and worked in 100 degree heat.  They were great and very nice.  I will certainly call them again.  They worked hard and did not slow down.  I am not sure of the total bill yet, but I am happy with the service and quality of work.

They did a good job. They handled everything. I was out of town and they able to take care of the house. A little more than  I wanted to pay, it was appropriately priced.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Alexander Electric Co.  I called for an appointment on Monday and I was scheduled for the next day.  The service technicians arrived ahead of time, which was a surprise - albeit a good surprise and the work was completed within a few minutes.  I feel their charges are comparable to other companies.  I also feel this is a company that knows how to treat a customer, I didn't have the feeling that I was inconveniencing them.  This is rare now days that a company cares about the customer.   I will definitely call them again if and when I need any further electrical work done and I recommend Alexander Electric Co. to everyone needing electrical work done.

It ended up being very expensive and I thought it was more that it should have been. They got the job done quickly. The worker was fine and polite.

They came out exactly when they were scheduled to do the work. All work was completed timely. Chris Ochs and the two workers, Kevin and David were very professional and all work was completed efficiently. They took the time to answer any questions I had and explained everything that they were doing. I have to say that they could not have treated me any nicer than they did. It was an overall good experience.

I would highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work and would gladly use their services again. In fact, I called back and spoke to Ty Rutland to schedule other electrical work but no one ever came out or contacted me about it. I assumed they were too busy or forgot about it.

All of the electricians I've met with this company have been professional, friendly, and honest. They didn't charge us to have wiring inspected for safety, or to have some wiring tightened, they just asked that we call them for any other jobs we needed done.

No estimate provided before service. I was not told I was being charged. Bill comes later as a surprise.

It went great. Our electric was cut off for 5 hours. They brought a generator for our refrigerator. A waterline was hit while digging underground lines (not by them) and they helped my husband fix it.

My Mom, Sister, and I are fixing up an older home for my Sister and her kids. We wanted a total evaluation of the electrical system,removal of a floor outlet, and addition of a 3-way light switch in the kitchen. Several electricians showed up at the house, on time, and ready to work! They were all over the place! They checked every room, all across the attic, down in the crawl space, and the fuse box. They did a fantastic job, really impressive!!! They removed the old floor outlet (there were outlets in the walls, not sure why this was there) and made it safe, and added wonderful 3-way light switches in the kitchen. We felt very confident in their work AND they had great customer service. Thank You, Alexander Electric and Company!!!

The technician was very easy to work with and resolved all issues very quickly. It has been awhile since his visit, and everything he fixed still works great! I am very pleased with Alexander Electric and will definitely use them again!

Kevin showed up right on time on the day and time the company told me he would be there and they even changed the time to better suit me and called me to confirm it the day prior so the "front office" was very well run.
I showed him the 3 issues and he immediately went to work and got it done. Kevin was very knowledgeable and very professional. Just the small things matter like taking off his boots after being outside on the rainy day showing consideration for his customer- rare these days!
I'm picky when it comes to contractors. I look for value- which to me is price, quality, service and overall experience and Alexander Electric hit the mark. I thought the rate was $50/hour, he was here only 1 1/2 hours and the bill was just over $108 (including the one breaker) so I thought the total cost was going to be a little lower. The receipt/invoice did not have a breakdown of charges (labor and parts) which it should. A clear description of the cost beforehand and on the invoice would make them even better.

Called made appointment, they came to home and did repairs.

They were timely, did a terrific job, I felt they were inexpensive and very thorough. They came when they were scheduled to come and did the job when they were scheduled to do. They were slow to bill, but that was fine. I will use them again in the future.

It worked just fine; I had no problem with them. I have used them in the past; they are just a little high priced but they get the job done and do what they say they are going to do. They did a fairly good job and I will use them again in the future.
