+ -1 moreWe had an appointment for 8:30 and had taken half a day off from work. He called at 11:45 saying he couldn't find our house, but that was his first contact that morning. He then explained that he had a flat tire this morning. It would have been much better had he called and rescheduled prior to the entire half day passing.
Description of Work: Appointment to rekey locks.
