My over all experience with this company was great and the staff was very help through-out the transaction

We saw a sign that said they had playsets on sale for children. We purchased the playset last Friday and we let them know our grandson was coming this week and asked if we could get it set up before he comes and they said they could do it Monday. After we left we realized we spent too much money and we tried to call them back to see if we could cancel it out and they didn't answer. My husband went back the next morning as soon as  they opened to see if he could cancel it and they said they would still charge us $225 as per the contract, the manager said he already paid the workers who were going to come out and set up the playground and if he canceled the job and got the money back from them they would leave him and never do another job with him again. We are repeat customers and tried everything we could because this was out of our price range. The salesperson, not the manager, said if we came back within the next 30 days to buy a playset he would credit us back the $225, which is so hard for us to understand, since he said they already paid the employees to do the work, how could they give us that money back? We will never go back to them again for anything, we were so disappointed!
