Contractor came out in a timely manner, his assistant was on roof performing work instructed by contractor. Said to call him if roof leak returned......it did,,,,twice. Contacted contractor via messaging, contractor replied he would return approx 2 weeks, he did respond via text he would be out a following week......no response or return.....do not recommend, will look for contractor elsewhere

Grant transformed our tree house into an amazing art studio. He never questioned our sanity for wanting this project done but constantly came up with options and solutions that would be low cost to our family and that would sustain and be secure with it being in a treehouse. Grant is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure the project Is done with excellence and integrity. Highly recommend!!

Grant did an excellent job for us on our newly purchased house in Comer. Even through the closing date got switched, he was accommodating. His roofing crew was awesome! This is the second time we have used Nail Roofing & Home Repair. The first time was when we needed renovations done to a rental home we owned but this time we needed a new roof for our own home. Grant and his crew did an amazing job. They walked us through every step of the process and he was very knowledgeable and experienced. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! I called Nail Roofing on a referral from my local community Facebook page. I got estimates from 2 other companies. This one was in the same cost range as the others. The owner, Grant, came and did the estimate, taught me a little bit about roofing shingles and helped me pick out the color, spent time explaining the process and procedures, what to expect, etc. He even gave me information on how each step of the job would be done, including what they would do in case of rain (which is very common in GA in June!). We did have to delay twice due to rain in the forecast, but he was very on top of texting or calling me to keep me updated on possible weather threats. The total job was done in 1 day, almost 12 hours on site. Grant was on-site the majority of the day. The crew was very professional when it came to taking care of my lawn, shrubbery, etc. They did a great job of cleanup considering there had to have been a billion nails flying everywhere! Cleaned out the gutters also. The finished roof looks beautiful! Afterwards, dealing with Stacy, Grant's wife, in handling the final bill, insurance paperwork, etc. was awesome. She worked to get the claim settled with the insurance company and was timely in communications with me. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I was pleased with the quality of work done as well as the explanation of the repair.

Service provider just showed up and cleaned gutters a few days after I purchased the service. I was not contacted to schedule the service. Now I will have to pay to have gutters cleaned again after leaf fall is over this season...

We haven’t had the work done yet as we are waiting for the leaves to fall before having the gutters cleaned. The owner was responsive and helpful in waiting for the work to be done.

Everything happened very quickly. I paid on Angies list and within the next week Grant was there repairing my roof with the buyers inspector.
