Gordon's Southern Land Management

I hired the company in order to have 5 acres cleared and graded. I trusted it because few years ago I hired them for a mulching , demolition and excavation projects. The work is always performed flawlessly, they start and complete the work without interruption. That is a very important factor for us. The initial estimate I was given was what the total price at the closing of the project. This is what I respect greatly. Hire them with confidence.

Came out for an estimate quickly after inquiry. Scheduled my job for the next week. Showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do.

They took the time to slope and grade just the way i explained it . two days later it rained for 10 hours and the water drained away from the pool perfectly. Also showed up on time to quote and to do the job. What more can you ask for.

Josh was excellent. We had a project of about 11 oaks to remove and about 15 stumps removed. He came out, gave us a price. We hired him, he gave us his availability, came out on time, finished the job quickly and communicated the entire time. We will definately save their phone number for our next project.

Josh Gordon is very professional and accommodating. The job was done on time for the agreed to price and some extra work thrown in! Josh and Eddie walk us around our property when the job was done to make sure we were happy with their work and to see if there were any other tasks to be completed before they left.

We have been in my home for 17 years. The backyard did not look like it did when they were done. Our backyard is bigger. Josh and Alan made our yard look amazing! We had so much overgrowth it was unreal, and it looked like it was going to engulf our home. The backyard was never easy to mow, and it always had this small look to it from the design of the development company. It was cluttered looking. See we had shopped around for a while and were not pleased with what we ran into. We put in a search at Home Advisor and they popped up. We are so incredibly happy with our selection of Gordonâ s Southern Land Management. They are Pleasant, Professional and a breath of fresh air to speak with. They arrived on time when they said and taught us so much about our land. They were not bothered by my questions about the equipment or about certain areas in my yard. My husband laughed at me because I was like a kid at Christmas watching them work. They did exactly what we discussed in our 1st consultation, but to me they did so much more. They are also highly informative and explained so much to me about my yard, even gave me visions for the yard. The Goat was amazing to watch at work ( not a real goat)! The best way I could explain my back yard was a wild area, a Jungle. Josh and Alan came in trimmed, shaved, cleared, and leveled a working canvas of opportunities for us to create our dream backyard. As I gaze upon my finished yard, I cried because it is so beautiful, and in the time of COVID-19 I can find peace and serenity in my backyard away from the world. I can never say it enoughâ Thank You So Much Josh and Alan for everything you both have done.â I would and have recommended people to them and will continue to do so! They did exactly as I asked in a timely manner. Josh was available immediately, which was nice. I was a little disappointed that they did not clear some of the weeds and rocks out of graded area, but then that was not in the agreement. Overall a great job and will ask them back if I have a similar job. Both very friendly, personable.

Two nice men doing a good job

Josh and Alan were first rate, and very professional and courteous. For anyone needing brush cleared, tree work, building site clearing or the like, I would recommend them without hesitation. They were quick, efficient, and very reasonable. I would/will hire them again on my next project.

I hired Josh to put a drain pipe across the dam of my pond to prevent flooding during heavy rains. The pipe install was very professional and looks great. He also cleared our property lines for future fence install. Worked hard for two days and got it done. Did a great job! I would highly recommend Josh. If you hire him, you will be in good hands.

He was very friendly, fast, and efficient. He looked at property before hand and the prices were extremely fair. Overall I could not ask for a better person to work on my property. Anyone who uses them will not be disappointed!
