He gave us an initial quote and despite the fact that it took longer than he had initially thought it would take. To me it showed a huge degree of honesty and integrity. He has always been very punctual and very thorough. It is not just a catchy name, they really are professional. Just good people all around.

The scheduler was well informed and efficient. Two technicians performed the work and both were professional and helpful in providing information about their work and about the design and function of the system. I was asked to visually inspect the condition of the tank after the inspection caps were removed and again when the cleaning was complete and fresh water was running from the house and into the septic field. They showed me a structure on the front and back"tee"that was subject to breakdown with age and could be successfully and permanently replaced with PVC fittings. They informed me those parts were in good working order at this time but should be checked each time the system was pumped out.One of the inspection caps was broken and required replacement. The company owner was contacted and brought a new, replacement cap while the work was under way. He brought two new caps and personally observed that one was a perfect fit. He was very professional, businesslike and informative.The final price of $475.00 included $50.00 for the new concrete cap and $50.00 because the tank was deeper than two ft. which required extra digging time. I view the price as extremely reasonable because even with the new cap the total was less than the two previous pump outs which were done 12 and 6 years ago. The invoice is in the form of a very comprehensive check list which the lead technician went over in detail and which provides a very useful description of the condition of the system.The condition of the site after the digging and pump out spoke to the pride taken in their work. Although I was not present during the final cleanup there was no evidence they had ever been there. The pine straw had been carefully replaced and groomed. They have my highest recommendation.
