John Peabody came out for a home inspection on a house that I am currently under contract of buying. He was very friendly and professional. He went over the house with a fine-toothed comb and found the issues that may be of concern for me. He stepped me through each area of the house from the foundation and crawl space all the way up to the rafters and roof. He arrived on-time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. I would recommend him.
