WOODY BUTTS CHEVROLET INC

Woody Butts d/b/a WOW Cargo Trailer is not a company that I could recommend. I recently bought a trailer from them and it was not a pleasant   experience  for the following reasons.
1. Sale people did not understand their product and how to order. 
2. They falsely gave the impression that they were the builder, then wrote the order to another company after the deal was made. Three days later they shifted the order to a second company so they could get it cheaper.
3. The unit was completed twenty one days later than agreed. 
4. The salesman I dealt with was fired, the manager, Trent Dykes took over the sale but refused to come to the phone after delivery and other problems. When I did corner Dykes, he continually made promises he apparently could not keep!
5. When the trailer was finally ready the invoice price was six hundred dollars more than agreed. They blamed it on the fired sales person. Trent Dykes, however had several weeks to complete the invoice and finalize the balance before delivery, but did not because he did not want to answer my questions.
6. The trailer was significantly different than the vehicle ordered. Instead of a Diamond, it was a South Geogia Cargo. I was shown a smooth side metal, interior and received a lessor product. The inside height was supposed to be seven feet and it was six and a half. Numerous lessor quality issues were accepted because of time constraints.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am buying a second trailer this fall, but will be buying from someone else.
