HVAC: Technician did not vacuum pump down the freon lines as is standard procedure when open lines are present, neither did they replace the dryer on unit. As a result, a leak in the system was not detected and freon leaked out within a month. I called the company and asked them to come and fix the leak and refill the freon in unit. They refused indicating "All those units leak" that's not our fault we will not repair unit. The owner, a Mr. Mullis, lied to me and told me his technician pumped down the unit. I was sitting in a chair and my RV right next to the work area the entire time, the tech did not do the work required. Electrical: The same tech did a sloppy job not at all professional looking result. The actual wiring seems OK, however the box is now coming off the wall because he did not affix it to the studs properly. The owner came to inspect the job once and told the tech to cover a 2" hole in the roof left by previous box removal. The tech never completed the job. Overall, I will not use this contractor again for anything as they do sloppy work, take short cuts, and do not stand behind their work. In addition, when the initial job was quoted they increased the final cost by more than 25%. At this point I am not sure this company is licensed to do electrical work?
