Description of Work: I was quite pleased with the service I received. It was completed quickly. No leaks in my roof so far. Way to go Arroyo!

 + -1 moreI need a repair done on my roof. The guy literally said "Naaaaaa, too far for me." when they've done service all over this area. WTH? Just aweful.
Description of Work: Literally said "Naaa, too far for me" on a roofing job in an area they have frequently done work. Pitiful.

Description of Work: Painted 2 Electrical Attic Roof Vents that were rusting out. Installed end plugs on ridge vent. Inspected roof and nailed loose pipe boots.

 + -1 moreQuality job for $1700 less than my other bid. Did not come back to be paid for a week to be sure I was happy with the job. Good clean up after the job. I had a small leak around the fireplace after a week of rain - they responded as soon as I called and recalked around the fire place and inspected the whole roof.
Description of Work: Removed old roof and replaced with asphalt shingles. Placed flashing around the fireplace and replaced rotten boards on the fireplace,

 + -1 moreThey were great. They did it in one day. Then returned in a couple of days to make sure that we were satisfied with the job and the roof looked good. They were very courteous and gave us an excellent estimate and stuck to the price. It was an excellent experience.
Description of Work: Replaced roof and Replaced rotten wood on fireplace. They came prepared to haul off trash and old roof that was taken off. The work was done in one day. They did not take payment until 2-4 days later when they returned to see if the roof shingles were lying down as they should and not curling.
