Zap Services heating and cooling

Had a complete system failure that the dealer serviced and quoted 2 weeks to fix due to a required part. David at ZAP had the system operating within an hour of his arrival (2 hours from my first call to them!) There is no substitute for someone who knows his business well. I've since signed up for their maintenance program. Highly recommended

Zeke came on time and serviced our HVAC system and found our blower to be very dirty and gave us a price and had time to go ahead and fix it right away. He was pleasant and professional and easy to work with. No one else had noticed our blower needed cleaning until he came! Thank you Zeke!

My air conditioning unit was acting strangely.  It would stay on for about three hours and then the cooling would stop and then the fan would stop about 30 minutes later.  We called ZAP and one of their technicians (Joey) came out within hours to check it out.  He was very thorough and installed some coolant in the unit after he determined the coolant supply was low.  He said he was not sure this would do the trick and asked if we would let him know if the unit continued operating correctly after he installed the coolant.  The unit did the same thing that evening.  He called us first thing in the AM and asked how the unit was operating, when we told him, he said he would be out that afternoon.  He spent over three hours checking everything, determined the thermostat may be malfunctioning, he changed some of the programmed settings in our current thermostat but everything else checked out. He called us the next day and we reported the unit was still acting up.   He came out later and installed a new thermostat and the unit worked perfectly and has given us no additional problems.  He only charged us for one service call (even though he came out three times) and the equipment he used to repair our unit.  We are very satisfied with the manner in which this company does business, their goal is to assist their customers and repair the equipment that is malfunctioning.
We called them previously (about a year ago) and received the same excellent service at a reasonable cost.  We would definitely recommend them to our neighbors.
