Hometeam Inspection SVC did a good job but they did miss one major thing in their inspection.

The team comprised Bill and Janet Martin. He inspected exterior, structural, and system components while she inspected interior details.
The inspection took approximately three hours. At the completion of their examination, they provided an informal walk-thru to point out items of concern.
One day later, they provided a detailed written report, including photos, via email. (pdf)
The Martins were a pleasure to work with, and provided good value for the cost.
