They arrived on time on the same day I called and did the repair in an hour or so. The repairmen were very personable and professional. They even cleaned up the area better than it was when they arrived. They went the extra mile!

Had everything they needed on the truck, diagnosed & replaced what was needed in approx 1.5 hrs. Cost for the repair was very reasonable. Problem is I was never informed when I made the service call that I was going to be charged the labor rate for travel to & from my residence to their shop.
At $90 an hour the repair labor was $135.00, however I was billed $360.00 labor. So I was charged $225.00 for their travel, I can see recovering gas & labor costs but this is excessive.

This company has done several repairs and enhancements for us. The most recent was hanging a ceiling fan.
Freeman sent two men out to hang the fan appx. 2 days after I called. I had misjudged the size of the downrod and they could not complete the job that day. They did not charge for a service call which was my mistake. When I secured the correct downrod they cheerfully came back out to perform the work.
Freeman has always sent out two men to do work for us. They're serious about safety. They both prove unfailingly polite, friendly and professional. In the past they've given me good advice on electrical problems and workable solutions; many of which I can do on my own.
After the Freeman crew leaves I've never had so much as a piece of wire left behind. They clean as they go and leave the area looking as it did when they arrived or better.
This is a company to be highly recommended with no reservations. Everyone I have ever dealt with, from the office manager to the work crew, has exceeded my expectations.

We were without water for only 2 days, cleaned up the site afterwards, and did an excellent job. We have never run out of water again. The cost of the service was reasonable.
