Great experience. I replaced a leaking electric hot water heater with a Rinnai Tankless. The Rinnai website referred me to Blossman. They recommended the high volume one for my household and gave a great install price too. They even came back later to give me a 125 rebate form I sent to the manufacturer. Martin was the installer. He showed up on time (9:00) and finished by 2:00 including drying time for pvc joints. Great experience. They hauled off the old water heater as well.
