Excellent, repairs were done quickly, within cost parameters, and with no other repairs required.

Have had the car back for over a week, and about 500 miles so far with no problems, no CEL. Even though ARI is in another county, they have been my go-to guys for many years. I'm taking the ML-350 in this week for complete front and rear brake job.

Got the car there by 8:00am opening time. Billy kbew I would be there and had all parts ready. Repairs were done in about an hour. It should be noted that ARI has worked on this car in the past, and are familiar with it. Everything went well well, price was less than expected. 3eI will be taking in my 2000 F-150 Monday to repair a stumble in the engine. I will be leaving it with them till it's fixed, plus having some routine maintenance done.

WE have used ARI before for several other transmissions, and alway had good service. Their prices tend to be on the high side, but, they also actually know what they are doing. Have recommended them to others.

Called ARI on Wed afternoon to ensure that they did this type of work. Arranged to drop car off on Wednes PM for repairs. They diagnosed the problem and called with an estimate and permission to proceed. They did the repairs the next morning and called me at 2:30 PM to pick it up.
This is my second experience with ARI. These folks are excellent to deal with. They did what they said they would with out adding any "extra" charges . They are customer service oriented and display a high degree of professionalism.
I will use them again.

forthcoming about explaining what they found that was wrong with my
Jeep. Based on my dealings with them , I find them to be capable and
straight forward. I'll go back the next time I have a problem.

Billy gave me an estimate on cost and time frame to complete the job. This was done to my expectations, and was under the estimate. Technician also replaced missing bolts from previous work done at a VW dealer in Augusta, GA. All repairs and procedures were explained to me, even though I have done this type of work myself. I will be back to them in the future for service on both of my vehicles.
