Debra came on schedule and we discussed each of our views and of course, I had to agree with her. The old gutter above the front door wasn't carrying the water when it rained to the end of the gutter through a hole in the gutter onto the roof to drain into another gutter, (whoever did this didn't know what they were doing) and it was like Niagra Falls over the front door. She suggested a new gutter going farther along the roof and adding a downspout at the corner. The work was completed as scheduled. The men came, did the work and was gone without a word. I haven't had any problems since. I will call Debra again to do the other side which has the same problem.
