My guy, Jeff, was in touch with me same day, made a game plan and came back next day to complete. Very happy. Iâ ll keep his card. Have already recommended him for another job and heâ s there. Heâ s my first call when I need help.

I had to close this job out with this contractor. This job is left unfinished due to how long it took. My partners in this project felt that this contractor was using this project as an open checkbook and showed no accountability for unapproved expenditures. There was little communication and less regard for my requests. While the job started well, it got to the point that after many requests, the contractor was still not responding and completing any part of the project appropriately. He kept tearing up new things to do without completing the jobs he had started. We were billed for the contractor to run multiple errands, chat with people he brought to the job to check them out and tell lots of personal stories to other subs on site. I will reset it and try again later. This was a BIG job and the contractor got too distracted and too comfortable. ** Edited to add that the contractor removed items I was billed for from my project. I have asked multiple times for accounting for parts as this was a cost-plus job, but the contractor refused. This contractor also likes to drunk text his subs and clients after hours a lack of professionalism and business ethics. UPDATE: The Contractor STILL refuses to provide accounting for closing out his portion of my job. The contractor states, I owe him another payment and I am happy to pay what is owed once accounting is provided. I have reached out to the authorities and as one person stated to me... by his continued refusal to provide the requested accounting, it is easy to assume that he has plenty to hide. If you work with the guy, please request that all quotes and extra charges be handled upfront. Better yet, stay away from this company. He will take you to the cleaners and make every excuse as to why it is not his fault. Jeff continues to refuse to provide accounting for my project. He harasses me via text messages late into the night, making up stories, name-calling, and continuously berating me. I have asked him to reply through the proper channels. As with any review, I am sharing my personal experience. He is incredibly unprofessional, IMO.

I had a rather urgent need to repair a couple of deck joists on a rental house a few hours away from where I live. Jeff not only jumped on getting the work done quickly, but sent along pictures of the progress--from beginning to end. This was great since I was not able to see the initial damage or be on-site for the repairs. Great job! I will definitely use him again.

Jeff did a great job upgrading my deck by replacing and staining boards. He also stabilized several loose boards. He followed through and he did the work at a reasonable price. I appreciate his expertise. Thanks!

I requested a quote on a whole 2 story house repainted . Jeff gave me a quote and his recommendations that would best fit my investment property. All other companies was over priced and really did not meet my standards. I will use Home improvement specialist Mr. Jeff in future.

We had Home Improvement Specialist do some interior re-construction and painting. Jeffery is a very good guy, maybe a little talkative, but in a good way. He is intelligent and based on our experience with him and his company, highly recommended!

He is particular and very knowledgeable.

He is very reliable. Shows up when he says he will, and does not leave until the job is completed. He always communicates if there is a problem. He is not cheap but he is worth his cost. I have never been disappointed with his work.
