Michael Sapp's Roofing

Arrived on time the day scheduled for work, Finished the whole roof in a half a day, he was paid in full the same day. 6 months later, I have 2 leaks in my roof, shingles are coming off. I spoke with him once he stated he would be here the next day, but the next day never came and now does not answer, or return any phone calls

New installation of metal roof in Nov 2012. Many many problems with this roof. Had a leak in dinning room, living room, master bedroom and on covered porch (around chimney). He responded fairly quickly and repaired (I think he just put some goo/sealer on them) all of them except the chimney. He has worked on chimney leak 4 times and it still leaks. He said that he did not know why it was leaking and he can not fix it. Now im on here searching for a legit roofer who can solve my problem.

I called in regard to a leak in a bedroom ceiling.  He was to come by the next afternoon to look and determine what was the cause.  He called to postpone when a job he was doing near Savannah was taking longer than planned.  He did come out the next day and after looking in the attic and on the roof determined that a collar was cracked on a pipe over the leak stain.  All the pipe collars were old and brittle so I asked him to replace them all rather than have to have him come back in the near future.  He was punctual and professional and I would recommend him even though the work I had done was not very extensive.  I had another roofing company out for the same leak several months ago and they put some sealer around the base of the pipe.  It did not fix the leak.  So far it seems to be right this time.

Michael Sapp's Roofing company replaced a roof system on a commercial building. The new roof leaked worse than the old one. Mr. Sapp met the roofing materials supplier & me at the job. It was determined that Mr. Sapp had not installed the new roofing product properly. Mr. Sapp agreed to remove & replace the roof again. He did so. Unfortunately, when Mr. Sapp replaced the roof for the second time he did not pay the supplier for the materials so the supplier attached a material-man's lien to my building. Furthermore, the second roof leaks terribly - way worse than before Mr. Sapp worked on the building the first time. Mr. Sapp does not respond to my phone calls, emails or certified letters. I am just before hiring another roofer to replace the roof for the third time within a year and a half period. I will sue Mr. Sapp in Bulloch County Magistrate Court for damages and although I am certain that I will get a judgement against Mr. Sapp it is unlikely that I will recover damages. Do yourself a favor & find someone else to repair or replace your roof.
