Fitzgerald's came out within one hour when I was having a sprinkler emergency. Very prompt and knowledgable service, answered all my questions and taught me a few things. When I needed him a second time for a separate issue, he was very realistic in letting me know how long it would take for him to get to my house. Great service overall.

I thoufght he was coming to look at the job, but showed up and said he was going to fix it right then and there. Told him my issues with the system and he came up with recommendations. He then fixed the issues and done a few hours later.
Very pleased with the outcome.

I moved to the Savannah area  about a year and a half ago. The previous owner of the home provided me with a list of the companies that provided service to the home. Shortly after moving in I called Mr Fitzgerald to check out and adjust my 7 zone system. He came promptly, and inspected the system and adjusted all of the heads and at my request swapped out the control box for a new digital controller and added a rain sensor. I was impressed. Latter that season he stopped by and made some minor adjustments . At that time I wasn't living at the Savannah home full time, but when I arrived for a short stay I noticed that my system wasn't working . I called him and he quickly came out and determined that the problem was the pump and not the system , He recommend a company that serviced wells. They came out  replaced the pump  and got the system working but noticed that the control valves weren't working properly. They called Mr. Fitzgerald  and he came right out and worked on the valves.  I suggested that he replace the one that wasn't working but he aid they were to expensive and he could fix it ( wow) . He did and at a fraction of the cost of replacement. He is fast, efficient. professional and personable. I will continue to call him for all of my system needs.

William Fitzgerald installed my irrigation system and has maintained it for over 13 yers. He is always responsive, returning calls in a timely manner, arrives when promised, and does high quality work. He's also very pleasant tio deal with.
