This has been the worse experience of our lives. Absolute crooks. Took $22,000 and ran. Floors ruined, buckled, and now having to be torn up again while they have avoided returning the money.

I used it is finished inc. The experience was very just. They presented  themselves as professionals and they were awesome. I would like to use them in the future.

We loved the results. The floors are beautiful and they even created from scratch thresholds because we couldn't find any to match the floors. (black) We would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them for future projects.
This is a Christian based company and it shows in their work ethic.

They do excellent work. They did the back splash in my kitchen and that was glass and title. They are still working. They finished my title. They did my living room, dining room. They resanded my kitchen. Everything is one color now and redone. I had carpeting in my other areas and then they are going to do my bedroom next week. They do the stress looking wood themselves.
They are very attentive to you your needs, they really work with you. If they don't like something, they'll suggest something else. They try and do it to satisfy the customer. They have been wonderful as far as everything that they do. They contact you right away and when they say they are going to be here they are here.

Hired to install bamboo wood floors, recommended by flooring company after previous installer would not do "glue down" installation. Previous to this the wrong flooring was ordered and delivered and had to deal with who would be responsible for restock fee and getting the right flooring ordered and delivered.Installer left bags of trash on my front deck after first day of installation-living in the mountains of north GA you know you don't leave trash out. Bears or dogs got into trash bags overnight and left a mess on my deck and driveway. Also left the empty boxes and "scrap" cuts on the deck, I had to haul to the recycle center and pay fee to dump. Second visit was over a week after the first since they ran out of flooring and had to order more bamboo, the finish is not the same and they did not mix the remainer of the first with the new, so can tell the difference. Then I realized they may not have needed the extra bamboo since almost a whole box was left over (less than what I had to pay to dump). The glue down method can be time consuming and messy. After the first installation I did not notice the residue of glue between planks in the kitchen and dinning rooms, however after the second installation to finish installation in the living room, there was a lot of glue residue on the planks set down that day. I did not know how to clean it. I contacted my contact in the company, Clint, he didn't know either. he said he would find out. When Clint came to the house to complete a floor transition from bathroom to hall, (and collect final payment) I was not home. He knew I was not happy with the residue left on the new bamoo, but left no advice on how to clean it. I contact Clint to ask again how to clean this mess. After a week of no response to my calls, I contacted the flooring company directly. They advised me on what to do and how to do it. I spent over 5 hours on my hands and knees trying to clean this glue residue, and still did not get it all cleaned, it had set too long to clean!!!I left messages for Clint about the recommendations and the time it had taken me to get SOME of it cleaned. I never heard from them again.Lesson learned: never pay until satisfied the job is completed correctly and to the buyers satisfaction! Don't leave the installers at any time, thinking all will be fine when you return.
