Eric went above and beyond to repair and maintain our gutters. He worked quickly and professionally and kept us informed as he worked.

We own several rental properties and have used Angie's List and similar services for a variety of jobs over the years. Most vendors get the job done. However when a vendor is unprofessional and misleading, I think potential customers need to know. On Friday Eric Purdue said his crew would arrive on Saturday or Monday and the cost would be $65 to $85. I agreed to the price and told him I was flexible on the day. They showed up on Tuesday. I did not receive an invoice, a report, or a call to advise me the job was completed. I went to the house later that day and talked with my tenant to verify they had come and gone, then I called Eric to request an invoice as he had promised. I received no reply and no invoice. I called two more times and left messages. The following week, after my third call, I reached Eric . He said he had been out of town and needed time to "decompress". He tole me had not seen the notes from the job, but that the gutters were in worse shape than he expected so the cost would be $85. He said that some additional work might also be required on the gutters. I agreed to the $85 and asked him to send me an invoice with some details about the additional work. He said he didn't know if he could do that via a text message. Anyway, within 5 minutes I received a text message from Eric that said the "gutters were in such bad condition that I'm charging an extra 10 the total is $95 please send to..." After getting over my initial shock, I texted Eric back, reminded him that we had just agreed to $85 and asked if he had any photos or details on the extra work . I also requested some notes on the recommendations he had made. His response was that the "gutters had so much debris there was a snake living in your gutters". I sent him a check for $95. I also decided to share this story so it might help someone else make a better decision about doing business with him than I did.

Eric is great! I've used him many times for gutter and minor roof work and he has always done a great job. He's also very affordable. Likes to be paid in cash, but will take a check.

Eric and crew did a great job.  Good cleanup and speed of job.  Time will tell if his brand of gutter guards works best, but the job was done well.  One follow-up call / visit didn't happen as planned.

The requested work was to cut down 3 very tall, unhealthy trees.  Eric and his crew (one worker) cut down the 3 trees and then gave me a great offer to cut down more trees that were precariously close to the house.  They cut down about 8 trees (total).  The cut-down trees were hauled off to the rear of the yard. They both knew what they were doing and you could tell that they love their job. They were on time (hallelujah!)  and were finished in a matter of hours.  I would recommend Eric in a heartbeat.  You will be happy with his work and willingness to help you out.

Eric did a great job. He showed up on time and completed the job in short order. He also trimmed a dwarf magnolia tree that had grown to the height that some limbs hung over the gutter. Would hire again.

I hired Eric to clean my roof , inspect my gutters for blockage and get rid of the leaves and stuff. He accomplished this. My gutters look very clean. He used blower to remove leaves, twigs and branches from my roof. Inspected gutters for debris inside. Cleaned the outside surface of the gutters and remove the residue. Used a blower to clean the roof debris off my lawn and decks. Also, cleaned my driveway. Very satisfied with Eric. Will use him again. Highly recommend him.
