"It was a pleasure working for the property owners here. [member name removed] does not own the property and was not our contact. We have never worked for [member name removed] directly. He is related to the property owner. [member name removed] never called me personally about any of these issues. The property owner made me aware. I met with them, made detailed notes, and corrected all issues. I have not received any complaints from the property owner. I have a good relationship with them and have completed several projects for them over the last several years. As I have said, the have been a pleasure to work for. On every project, there is a percentage of loss of plant material. We do warranty that material, and did so on this job. I can not speak to the trash left on site, since there were multiple companies working at the same time."

Good install with fair price. Don't count on the warranty but most of your plants will probably live.

"[member name removed] information is accurate. Our failure to replace the dead plants was not intensional. I have since contacted him, notifying him that the plants will be replaced within the week."
