 + -1 moreHe came out at the appointed time, discharged the unit, lowered the unit as per customer's request, recharged the unit and did a performance check to assure that the unit was functioning properly.
Description of Work: Mr Schreck was punctual and knowledgable about HVAC. Very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: My 25 year old HVAC unit broke down and the cost to repair vs. replace was obvious it needed replacing. So after getting several quotes and the recommendation of a contractor friend of mine I chose Schreck's Services. Roman Schreck is a one man show, and he installed a new unit turn key, including all new duct work. And after he was through, cleaned up the area like he was never there and disposed of my old unit and duct work. Everything was done professionally like the show Holmes on Homes. And the new unit has saved me fifty to seventy dollars per month on my electric bill. Would I recommend him? You bet!
