I've used this company for many years, and they've been absolutely reliable. Even if a pickup day falls on a holiday, they manage to come the next day and catch up immediately. Their price is very slightly higher than some newer competitors, and the service does not include recycling -- but I don't think you can beat this company for reliability and consideration. At times, when a big cleanup effort has resulted in a lot of extra bags of trash, they've charged extra -- but always at a fair rate. A few times they've made special arrangements to pick up an old appliance or a load of trash.
