"Thanks so much for your business!"
"Thanks so much for your comments. In regards to weekly recycling, we have considered it and weighed the benefits. In order for recycling to be sustainable it must be both economically and environmentally beneficial. Unfortunately, due to the rural area in which we operate, the population base in general, and specifically those that choose to recycle, is far to low to make weekly recycling collection viable from either economic or environmental viewpoints. Volume is the number one factor in recycling. Each individual commodity must be collected in truckload quantities (40,000lbs for most items) before they can be carried to market for recycling into raw materials which can be made into new products. Transporting lower volumes of materials burns more fossil fuel than the materials are worth, both in regards to economics and environmental benefit. As more citizens in each service area come on board for recycling services, more frequent collections could become viable. However, on a national level, most recycling operations have found it to more beneficial to simply use larger collection bins and continue bi-weekly collections. This is definitely what we recommend to customers who recycle larger amounts. Please feel free to utilize larger or more containers to place recycling out for collection!"
"[Member name removed], thanks so much for your review of our company's services. We see that we did not earn an A in a couple of categories and would like to make sure we are doing our best. In regards to price, we feel that we are providing services at the best rate possible to ensure that we are able to sustain our operations. The rate that you have posted in your review is a Quarterly rate and not a monthly rate, just to be clear. We promise we will always work hard to offer our services at the best price possible which is fair to all. The more pressing area was the grade we received in Punctuality. We pride ourselves in providing services consistently on a scheduled collection DAY. We do not try to maintain or track a service TIME during that day as our routes are continuously changing due to added customers and optimization to ensure efficiency. If there are ever any issues which are beyond our control which prevent us from providing our services on a scheduled day, we attempt to communicate via phone or email with each impacted customer and we complete our services as quickly as possible. Please feel free to bring any service issues to our immediate attention and we will work to keep you satisfied! Thanks so much for your business."
"Thank you for your honest evaluation of our services. We noticed that you could not give us an A in the Price category and wanted to make sure that you know that when you combine our trash service with recycling services you receive a 25% discount on recycling services. Trash and recycling services are $25 per month. We offer one month of free trash collection to our new customers, so please consider utilizing our company for both service needs. Thanks again for your business."
