Air Heat

They were busy that day so it took a while for him to get there, but it was the first  really warm week, so they had a lot of customers figuring out that they had a problem so they were swamped.
 Our ac was not cooling so we called in the morning , he arrived around 6 pm quikly found the problem, replaced the capacitor ( I think that is what it is called) and cooled everything down.
Everyone we spoke to was professional, polite and we are very happy with the service.

Our furnace went out in the middle of February so we needed another one immediately. I called several companies, most of whom gave estimates over the phone. Then I called this company who sent out a sales person. I appreciated that they could do it the same day and that they took American Express. I did not appreciate the salesman who led me to believe we were buying a Trane, then delivered an Aireflow. He told me he would throw in a free thermostat and new registers which he never delivered on. I asked him to run my card before installation because I wasn't sure if my card would hold the full amount, and the day after the install I got a call that it didn't go through and I needed to find another way to pay - forcing me to go with their horrible horrible financing - which by the way, the salesman originally denied the existence of. The installers were very professional and went out of their way to make sure we wouldn't have another freezing night, but I would not use this company again.

PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND DID IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME. THEY HAVE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
