The crew of two men called on their way to our home to let us know that they were in traffic and may be late, but they arrived 5 minutes EARLY! They started promptly and at the scheduled time. Just after they began loading some of the largest items, it began to rain. The crew was very conscientious about their use of time, and used the time while it rained to wrap wood furniture and delicate items, disassemble beds and disconnect appliances. As soon as the rain stopped, they quickly loaded the truck. Unloading at the new house was even faster and the foreman was very good about communicating so that everything ended up in the correct place. Even with the rain, and one stubborn bed frame to assemble, the crew finished within the estimated timeframe. We were very happy with the service, price, punctuality and communication. The only constructive criticism I can offer for improvement is that the crew take a little more time with details - such as removing dresser drawers and wrapping separately, and maneuvering in tight spots. The guys were so conscientious about working quickly, that they sometimes made it harder on themselves by lifting very heavy furniture, etc. Overall...GREAT JOB! Would definitely use them again!
