We Clean Carpet

I called We Clean Carpets today after spilling a large cup of coffee down my stairs. I blotted/cleaned the areas of the spill immediately and it was only 1.5 hours since the spill happened when We Clean Carpet arrived. I asked the phone representative how much it would cost to clean the 1 story stairs and 4 x4 foot landing after explaining what I spilled (Coffee). The rep stated (a very nice person) it would be the minimum charge of $49.50 (1 room/area). I said okay and agreed to use them. The service person got to the house quick, he immediately tried to tell me the $49.50 is just for a regular cleaning. It would be a total of $88.00 to do a deep clean. I could not believe it. The phone representative knew I spilled coffee. I asked the guy to do a regular clean stating I needed it cleaned properly as represented on the phone when making the reservation. He stated he would only be there for 15 minutes. How did he know that before he begins? The service person was here less than 15 minutes and left with a huge attitude. Very disappointed Please see the picture of the landing. The steps are just as bad. Now, will We Clean Carpet send someone out to fix the problem or will I spend additional money hiring a different company to complete the job right? We Clean Carpet please respond.
