The installer and his assistant were very professional. The install went very well. It took about 45 minutes to install the new toilet. For the price it was definately worth it to me to have it installed. The issue with the missing tank was partially my fault as I should have opened the box to make sure all was intact.

I was happy with the work done. I felt they were fair on the price as it was comparable to other competitors. They were courteous and arrived on time to do the job. They completed the job in a very timely manner. I felt that I got a pretty decent buy for my money. The toilets were about $200 a piece and the installation was about $100.

Negotiations before contract signing were unnecessarily difficult. Some of the personnel I dealt with were not knowledgeable. Lowe's does not provide a private office for these negotiations. Finally, contract provisions were agreed on. When the installer arrived at my house, he had the wrong doors, but I agreed to have them installed anyway, because I wanted to get it over with. The installer indicated I would get a credit, because the installed doors were cheaper than those I had agreed to. Installation went smoothly and quickly. My Lowe's saleslady agreed that I had a $300 credit coming, but I didn't get it yet. The doors are very good quality.

THE GENTLEMAN AT THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR MY NEEDS AND GUIDED ME AWAY FROM OTHERS THAT WEREN'T AS GOOD. THEY USED BOWMAN CONSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE WITH LOWE'S AND I WOULD DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.
