These guys are great. Had water damage from a broken pipe which destroyed my entire kitchen and living room. Josh responded quickly, provided 3D renderings of his proposal, and gave a reasonable price that was paid in installments as work was completed. They were professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Would do business again.

AABR did an awesome job with the work!  The kitchen is absolutely stunning and looks like something out of a magazine and the bathroom and new addition are gorgeous.  Everyone who walks into the house is so impressed with how beautiful it is.  It was a long process because we had a lot of permitting that we had to go through and the permitting process is pretty slow where we live but Josh was always on top of things and kept us updated with what was happening.  

This is actually our third time using AABR and Josh; we used him to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms in our last house and then this much larger project here.  We are always impressed with the quality of workmanship and the value --- we had another contractor who quoted us around 75,000 just to do the kitchen and Josh brought the entire project which was a ton of work, including the kitchen, new bathroom, paint, and new addition for $85,000.  Josh tries his best to keep costs down, which we really appreciated.  For example, we were originally planning on using IKEA cabinetry but Josh has a cabinet provider who provides cabinets for the same cost as IKEA but are all wood with all of the nice features that IKEA has, like pull out drawers, etc.  We were very impressed with the cabinetry at the price!  

We will be remodeling our last two bathrooms in this house in the next 2 to 3 years and will be using Josh and AABR again.

Josh's proposals were very thorough and the charges were reasonable (received multiple bids for master bath).  He was on site every day during the renovations effectively supervising his crew.  While all 3 jobs went smoothly there is often some unexpected work that needs to be added to the job that is discovered once the demolition takes place.  The couple of times this occurred Josh handled it effectively and fairly. 

If job completion time is your top priority and quality of work is much further down on you list then call someone else.  Josh and his team take the time to get the job done right.  A meticulous attention to the details.

This remodeling project that I expected to be done in few months was basically done within less then a month. The new look was drastically different. It was amazing how ALL these tasks were so well coordinated. From me picking the colors/ materials/ granite to actually managing the overall effort and timeline. Josh was so proactive, keeping me posted and staying true to his overall cost estimate. I also felt I was getting some well needed 'consulting' that saved me so much money. Quotes from others were well above his, and the proposals of what needs to be done were off the tangents. I really appreciated the honesty, excellent project management, honest dealing, timely updates and exceeding the expectations with quality/ time. The work done is A+ in my book!
