Doug was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had a slight problem with the initial install and Doug cheerfully returned the very next evening to correct it. All is well and working perfectly now. Thanks Doug.

we had already received an estimate. they had to come over and "see tv" during the one hour we get ready for work. then we didn't hear back. i called 3 days later and they were waiting for the tv mount. these are available at many local dealers for mkuch less than we were charged. by saturday, we gave up and contacted service magic to find someone else to put tv up. (we had already bought our own bracket). that caused an immediate response by doug. we don't know what is normally included in the mounting but it seems the service is strictly mounting only. do not expect someone to make sure tv is working after mount. sorry we were really disapp

"All TV mounting jobs include a free site survey. We must inspect job before any work can be scheduled. The cantilever mount needed was not in stock anywhere for the huge 65" LED. It did take three days to get in. No bracket was on site when we arrived to do installation so we used the one ordered from my company. The outet and wires were already ran, so only the mounting of the unit was required. The TV powered on just fine and everything seemed great. When asked if there was anything else we could could do to earn a great review, i was told we were perfect and was thanked. Total bill including mount was $280. Cant please em all."

Doug Newsom, President of DougWoody Installs..... was very courteous, knowledgeble, professional, fast, helpful, and most competitively priced. My install consisted of the installation and set-up of a 3D Home Theater System, a wall-mounted big screen 3D HDTV, and a 5.1 DTS surround sound system. This task would have been somewhat daunting for me, but he made it NEAT, and a breeze. LOOKS GREAT, and the system is FLAWLESS! Also an expert in his advice, I would not hesitate recommending this professional to anyone! Furthermore, his friendly and honest nature is such, I would even like to call him a friend. Doug is worth EVERY PENNY SPENT!
