GLADDEN'S SERVICES

on 2/6/17 the refrig/freezer unit that was purchased from Gladdens approx 1 yr earlier stopped working. Visit to store and owner said he would stop out just after lunch. He did show around 3 pm and found that the capacitor blew out on the compressor motor. He was told that the freezer had iced up several times prior to the failure to which he replied "the capacitor was not working right before failure so that should get better. If not call me and i will be back to fix it". Called him on 2/20 and told him that freezer was still building ice on everything and he said he would be out to look at it. Never showed. Tried to call all week and he ignored every call. Called from a different number and once he answered stated again that he would be out the next day to look at it, would have been 2/24. Never showed AGAIN. Tried to call him again and he ignored calls from both prior numbers. Called from a third number on 3/1/17 no answer. He called that number back that evening at 8 pm stating that i called that number and wanted to know what i wanted. Told him that he still needed to repair the freezer and he stated he would be there the next day 3/2. NO SHOW AGAIN. Went to the store on 3/3 and he said he got tied up but he would be there in an hour (this was at 11:30) When no show by 2:30 i called back and he stated that "He has a business to run and its just his wife and him, That his son was sick, not bad just sick. Is he losing food due to this problem?) He said he promised he would be out that day. Well it is the next morning at 9:42 am and no call nor show. If you want to do business with him you are a fool. No integrity or responsibility to his customers. Just give him the money and get the **** away from him. Very rude. Should not be in a business where customer service is required.
