I usually use the shower and not the bathtub and one day when I did, I could not get the water to go down. I used the plunger and everything else but it did not work. He came out and lifted the little lever and the water drained out. It never dawned on me because I had never used it. He was professional and prompt. He did not laugh about it; he was very nice about it.
