We had a little difficulty with scheduling, but once that was accomplished, delivery and pick-up were timely. I was most impressed with the delivery driver's concern and attention to my property/grass. Due to the car pad where the pod would sit, he was forced to drive onto my grass, but he really made an effort to minimize the damage to the grass. The other big advantage of this pod over other companies is that the pod in on wheels, there's no dragging of a pod - it just nicely rolls along. Once he had it positioned, he put it up on blocks so the wheels were no longer on the car pad. They were a good company to work with, and I would recommend them.
