Flooring
- repaired boards are perfect. didn't walk on this floor for 5 weeks. when we moved in the [poly started scratching everywhere. i called jon and he told me it didn't dry and that he was busy and couldn't take care of my situation. i have made compaints to home advisors . they were the ones who referred me to him. they have had no luck with jon either. i later found out he shouldn't have put poly over engineered hardwood unless he sanded down and told all this lpoly is going to come up.
- i am out over 1300.00 dollars and have a horrible looking wood floor.
