Very well I am Satisfecied

Tim immediately responded on a Saturday with a phone call and came out to look at our unit. He gave us a very fair estimate (we had others look at it as well). It was a long process because of going through insurance; yet, Tim was kind and courteous and checked in on us occasionally. He was very patient throughout the process. The service call was done on time and professionally. We had no problems of any type and would highly recommend Weldon's to anyone. . . and we have! Neighbors have used him as well. We originally found him on Angie's List when reading another one of his reviews.

I got 3 estimates for the exact same model of Carrier Comfort furnace and A/C, Carrier Comfort was for $5, 107, Self Heating and Cooling was for $5,531 Weldon?s comfort was for $4,344 plus they threw in a Carrier programmable thermostat and a PROTECH 
5 in High Efficiency Whole-House Media Air Cleaner.
Weldon?s did a great job.
My old furnace was from 1963, and was very hard to remove plus all ofthe venting had to be rebuilt and they had to replace old wiring.  There was a lot of hard work but they did it cheerfully and without complaint. I could not be more pleased.

Very professional and thorough in determining our AC issue. Wore covers in shoes to keep house clean. Have hired them for ongoing maintenance.

Tim Weldon was professional and attentive. The service was most personal and timely. His crew did an excellent job and went over and above the required work, and I am very satisfied.

Was quoted 4,000 for a low end system upwards of 6,000 for a top end 2.5 ton heat pump system installed. I found this quote to be very high and was not pleased with it. They were friendly and knew their stuff but I could get that price anywhere easily. They fixed a system for me in rome and did a good job. Will use for maintenance but thats about it.

My overall experience with them has been very good.  I haven’t really had a lot done with them other than the Freon refill and checkups.  I haven’t used anybody else, so I really don’t know how to compare, but I have been pleased with them.  They follow up and try to be pretty flexible in working out a time with my schedule, for them to come.  They are pretty punctual, not quite as punctual as other companies that have come out, but they always call me before they come and inform me if they are running late, so they are good about that.  They are really busy and when they come into our neighborhood they do several at one time, so it really depends on the service call before mine.  They have always done really good work when they come out.  I have only used them about four times so it is hard to rate them especially because they haven’t done much other than checkups.  The people that come out are very friendly and very professional. 

The service was okay. They did not deduct the amount that I paid for a coupon for their service off of the final bill. They were helpful but they did try to up sell and all I wanted was a repair. The technician really wanted to sell a new system instead of repairing our current system. I eventually went with a different company. They were friendly and professional to work with. I just did not feel they were working for my best interest.

They were extremely professional and got  the job done within a minimal amount of time.

Because of the location of the break and it being in a closet where the
water heater is located, Sherman initially was going to have to cut a
hole in the wall in my powder room on the floor above to get to the
line. The wall is wallpapered and I would have had to put some faux
panel or door which would have been very unsightly and I am in the
process of selling my home. So, he went the extra mile and made an
incredible effort to make the repair in the closet. Although he had to
fold his body into a pretzel, he should be able to lose his limp in a
couple of weeks. Also, he went ahead and replaced the other line to the
washer seeing that it had stresses in it as well and probably would form
a break fairly soon.

They were on time (actually a bit early!) and were very thorough and courteous. Sherman and Tim have serviced our units for over 3 years and do a wonderful job. They always give us information and details so we can decide if and when something needs to be replaced...no surprises. They also are very good at cleaning up after the work is done. We highly recommend them for regular services as well as problems.

The service tech did a great job.  He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.  Weldon's even gave me a special rate for both of my units.
