Carpet Cleaning
submitted an estimate, came back with a bill after work completed on parts of the job, that was outrageous. None of the cost increases were discussed with me. Became hostile when i questioned invoicing. Refused to finish important parts of the job, left me hanging with thousands of dollars to complete work. Called owner - he was hostile too. Apparently they do not specialize in remodel - only emergency flood/fire insurance work. i guess that's why insurance is expensive - no fidelity with their vendors. Wildly insulted with their lack of professionalism.
