We do driveway removal and replacement as well as pool decking removal and replacement. We do all jobs large and small. We are licensed and insured. Be sure to check that the workers are experienced in the type of skill needed for the project. My job requires additional work to correct flaws from the initial ,rookie effort.

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
There?s gravel appearing in the concrete!!! It costs $6,100 for this portion of the driveway and when they came back to remove their forms, they DID NOT BACKFILL DIRT to the concrete. We had to do that!!!

"We are not sure what you are talking about back filling your driveway. This is something that is required when building walls since driveways are usually 3"-4" deep. How much backfilling would be required?"

Poor preparation caused the concrete to crack. Does not back up his work. I would welcome an estimate from another concrete contractor to correct the work.

"Unfortunately, this is not a true statement about the preparation of work for this pour. The job was prepared correctly. We tell everyone that concrete cracks due to the shrinking and expansion of the concrete as it cures. We have no control over this process, this is was concrete does."

Richard was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hired them to replace concrete driveway and secure brick steps to my stoop/cover sidewalk and steps with crab orchard stones. Did the job that I asked but finished concrete quality is less than desirable. Crew overworked the concrete finishing too much. Heavy-handed with the broom finishing in some areas; other areas none. Jobsite cleanup was left up to me: I will have to clean the crab orchard stones and mortar joints myself with muriatic acid. No warranty on workmanship.

As far as clean up on the site I know that we did a good job cleaning your site as we do with all of our jobs. We went the extra mile trying to make you happy. You didn't mention that we brought dirt in for you and went and picked up your sod at Sod Atlanta. Then we brought our machine in to grade the dirt at no cost to you and no charge for picking sod up for you. Not to mention our guys hand raked your yard and helped install your sod at no charge to you, but we didn't clean up?!?! We have been in business a long time and try to please everyone, but we have learned over time no matter how good you do, you can't please some people."

"This customer is correct. We told him we would be back to pull the forms from the patio and completely forgot about it. This is the first time we have ever done this. However it is a mistake on our part and the customer is correct. We have been so busy trying to catch up from the rain and get people's jobs in that this became an after the fact and we are very sorry for our mess up."
