I would use them again. They are on time they are punctual. They are professional. They do good work and clean up. They do the job right and they don't have to come back. It took less than a day.

I just wanted to let anyone know who needs a plumber that Rapid Flow Plumbing in Cartersville is the best ! I had a water leak in my den ceiling and was so worried it was going to be a big expense. Jeff Hayhurst sent Jeremy and David to my house and they took care of the problem in no time! So thankful for them - they were right on time, professional and most of all- honest! Thank you!

Fixed pipe that was not leaking then when on to fix the correct pipe.  Sent two people for a job that one person could have easily done yet was charged large hourly labor fee for two people as well as for time to fix wrong pipe.

EXCELLENT!  We had spoken with two other plumbers in the area who never showed up when promised to provide an estimate. The work was done on a rental property we own and we needed to get the issue resolved quickly as tenants had already moved into the home. I called at almost 5 p.m. on a Friday and Sonya was EXTREMELY helpful. I sent her photos by e-mail as soon as we spoke on the phone and Jeff contacted me early Monday to discuss the details.  Jeff was VERY professional and did a thorough evaluation of what we needed fixed. He was reassuring and very matter-of-fact.  He ensured the work was completed ASAP and everything was done the same week.  MANY THANKS for such great customer service and professionalism!!!

SONYA WAS A COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENT SETTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT MADE LAST WEEK  FOR MONDAY 3/32/14 AT 8 AM. 
AT 8:20 AM I CALLED SONYA TO ASK WHERE THE CREW WAS AS I HAD TAKEN OFF FROM WORK AND WAS ALREADY GOING TO BE 1-1/2 HOURS LATE. SHE SAID THAT THEY SHOULD BE  THERE IN JUST A FEW MINUTES IF NOT ALREADY THERE ALREADY. (THEIR BUSINESS LOCATION IS ONLY A FEW BLOCKS FROM MY HOME).
WHEN THE CREW ARRIVED AT 8:30 I ASKED THEM WHY THEY WERE 30 MINUTES LATE AND THEY SAID THAT "THEY", (AND I PRESUME HE MEANT SONYA  OR SOME OTHER STAFF MEMBER), SHOULD HAVE LET HIM KNOW . --??  SO BASICALLY THEY WERE LATE WITH NO GOOD EXCUSE REALLY HAVEN BEEN GIVEN.
ONCE THE TWO PLUMBERS BEGAN THEY STAYED ON TASK AND THEY COMPLETED THE  WORK IN APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR. I AM PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND THE $154 PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE.

Plumber was very courteous and fast.  As soon as he examined the problem at the bathroom sink, he went right to the hot water tank in the garage and made the proper repairs very fast.  As nice a man as you could find and I was also very happy with the price.  I will use them again if needed.

Service tech showed up earlier than the appointment scheduled but called ahead to get permission; unclogged toilet; checked upstairs bath and unclogged faucet restrictor. Very professional, reasonable and would definitely use again.

Whole process went smoothly.

Fence crew punctured propane line to the new house and I had gas co out to repair line. They were unable to do necessary work so I called numerous plumbers to get someone out same day. Rapid Flow committed to hv someone out by end of day but dispatched their guy by 1pm. He replaced the line segment and waited while gas co tested see if that resolved the problem. Unfortunately still had another leak and we decided it wd be quicker to replace the line.
Repairman was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Requested repair was bit out of the ordinary requiring him to pick up parts not on truck. He returned quickly and made the repair. Contact in office was knowledgeable, helpful and she immediately understood what was needed as well as my level of frustration. Unless their price is astronomical I would definitely use this company again.

Great company!  The owner came out to estimate the job and make recommendations.  He came up with several cost saving ideas and other suggestions to isolate the different areas in case of a leak.  They also understood I was in a bit of extremes with water leaks from the old PVC pipe and assured me I would be able to have water service in the evening, even if they weren't done for the day.  The plumbers were quick and professional as well as responsive to all my questions.  They've installed a very reliable water system well under the bids from other companies and will get my business in the future.  It's just a bonus they happen to be near by.

The ceilings, walls and floors of our home are all hard wood, pine. I was afraid that they would not be able to put everything back so that it looked like it did before but they did and I was very pleased.

They did a nice job, for a reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints.  I had a prior quote of $900 to replace this hot water heater which everyone agreed was under full warranty.  After that absurd quote (which included a $135 fee to lay down plastic sheeting to protect my carpet), $300 sounded like a true bargain.

Well I first called Gilstrap Plumbing because they were listed on Angie's list as being in my area. They never returned my call. In fairness it is possibly I couldve missed call but if so they never called back. Anyway, I called and made an appt with Rapid Flow. They showed up on time and quickly fixed my issue in about 10 mins. I was afraid I was going to have to have my ceiling cut into based on where we saw leak but he didnt have to. He didnt charge me for part because he said he had a spare and would only charge me for the service call. Very nice service.
