He doesn’t deserve the 1 star rating. He has a good talk, out of three I vetted, he was the one I chose. It was the worse experience ever from a professIonal, I now see why contractors get a bad name. He’s the leader; once he was given the majority of the money- he ghosted me. He exclaimed… I thought we were finished. Really, you would think he, the owner, the boss, would have came by to sign off on the job. B There wasn’t one single task that was done without errors. The owner , Mike, prided himself on his crew who’s experience is less than that of a garage handyman. I tried time and time again to get Mike to come out and see what my grievances were, and he asked me to send pictures and he would take care of it. The only communication I had after this was… he sent me a final invoice. He charged me for things that were reused. His crew painted the kitchen the wrong color, after being told it was the wrong color. I was to have a pot filler, and electric outlets hooked to my island. Not only were these omitted, but my island was left without the butcher block top. Because he put up sheet rock and laid the floors… I cannot have these features. I paid for things because he told me wasn’t on estimate, but not to worry I’ll get it on the backend. I purchased back splash, sink, faucet and hardware for kitchen cabinets- on estimate. I got screwed hand over first by this man. Once he realized coming back to repair the wrongs cut onto his healthy profit… I never heard from him again. I had to pay someone to come in a clean up his mess. Floors could not be repaired unless it was all ripped out again. This man is not only unprofessional but he is unethical. Beware!!

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on my storage unit... It actually came out better than I expected. Mike took the extra time to work with me to get the building just right to our specification.

They done a great job and performed the work within a couple of days of calling them. I will definitely call for any future repairs at our church. Thanks...

We hired Random to remodel our Rental Apartments and Full kitchen Remodeled in our home. This company did a remarkable job and we were so pleased with the work that was done on our Triplex that we hired them to Remodel our Kitchen. I plan on using them again. Also referred them to family and friends.
