1st red flag - He missed his appt to quote the job. I had to call him to re-schedule. We signed an agreement/contract which stated the job would be done in 5 days...it is been a month now with multiple no-shows, showing late, leaving early. The job is maybe halfway done and he has ignored my calls/texts. DO NOT hire Quality Home Improvements or Victor Watson!!!

The person is not responsible person. He did not showed up in the job at the time, than showed up later. He left part of his job to be done on next day and again never showed up with no explanation and did not answer a cellphone. Even the estimative price was good I did not refer for future because he did not respect his client when he disappeared or ghost his clients.
